Waiting

So a weeks ago I wrote a review on these people they got back to me and said they'd be in contact the next day I went to work and I can't work with my cell on me so I missed their call anyway I tried to reach them but to no avail also they didn't call me back again I'd like to know about the double deduction you made in the same month can someone please get back to me because I'd like my money back
