Very bad service... misleading

This people are ******.dont even talk about the service .They took 3 debit orders from my account.The consultant told me to send a bank statement showing the debit orders .I send it now I'm not getting any feedback from them.They fast to take money but not fast to reply.They mislead you with different information from different advisors..All I want is my money back into my account.
