Useless

I want to lay a complain against Bridge Loans, a consultant by the name of Bianca called to say she is offering me a loan whereas it was a lie. She let me agree to a debit order mandate for the monthly debit order whereas i never got any money. After we finished with the call i got an sms that said its a cash back loan where they apparently say its a consolidation loan paying my account (Joshou Doore, which is long prescribed). I sent an email and they called to ask me to send the proof that i am a sassa pensioner but since then they haven't got back to me and haven't refunded me as well. Help me to expose them please.
