Unauthorized debit order

You guys have double debited my account!!! I called in and sent an email and no response!!!!! REVERSE THE MONEY YOU DEBITED WHICH WAS NOT AUTHORISED- Trust me I will take this further. I have the time and the means!- the fact that nobody acknowledged my email frustrates me even more!
