Ucollect seems like a ****

I send numerous emails to Michelle from Ucollect to fix the documents that they sent me as they don't have my account details on them but they are not getting back to me. Instead my account is being debited every month yet the LEGAL DOCUMENTS are incorrect. I will be forced to close down my account and switch to another back.
