Just bridge this company is making me broke.

On the 12 October 2021 i got a call feom Andres, he advised me of everything where the loan was for R10 000. He made me do an accept the amount of R478. 50 every month. He told me he will keep me update on my account. After a week i had to give him a call,then he is sick or on leave or not at his desk. That i dont know how the keeping him there. Then when i asked if they can help me they told me know he is the only one that can see my account,they will get him to call me. Then every 3 day when i all same thing. Then spoke to a guy dasmond he said he can see that the loan is approved they will pay me out Friday, call speak to this one and that one. Spoke to a guy on the 11th November 2021 by tge name of Carlton he advised me that there was no documentation of mine thefe by them. So my down fall is the 15th November 2021 is my payment date. Whede i want them now to cancel reading all this, thank you guy foe showing me this company says the best client service where you get nothing.
