SORT OUT MY ****
I spoke to you guys in June, I claimed prescription as this account much older than 3 years as per NCR prescription law, YOU PROMISED TO SORT IT OUT, I'm waiting for 2 weeks now with no response, why do you make promises but don't get back to me. this is ****in affecting my credit record and I need it sorted NOW or i will escalate it the credit ombud... I want a call today.
