********.....STOPS TODAY

SO yet again this company is ****ing people, last week Thursday I received a call from their assosiate offering me a loan, firstly I never app**** for a loan nore have I ever heard of them, with all this being said at the end of the call the loan was offered and accepted. SOmeone came out to scan card and give me receipt with all transactions details. I sms the agent that called with regards to loan and ask when will this loan be paid out? 48 hrs mam, I have proof of this confirmation on SMS and even recored the call. I then called the call center and they said 48 hrs after the first installment is received. After 3 days I call the lady again I am stil waiting and her responce was I am sorting out your things with Head Office will get back to you. Its a week later still no communication to make matters worse she doesnt even respond to my text. I have decided to take matters higher as this is exactly the type of issues I deal with in my day-to-day job as a ***** Analyst.
