I app**** for a loan, which I was approved on 19 December 2019, I then repeatedly emailed and whatsapped Mike and Sihle from Bridge requesting feedback on my loan. Mike said it will be paid out today, being the day after I was approved. This of course was a lie. No one from Bridge Loans nor SA Multi Loans notified me that you would have to pay a debit order before you receive your “cash back”. Since then after numerous emails and lies, they have now debited my account on 24 January 2020. I have spoken to a lady at bridge loans, she said that I actually signed to pay a loan off in which I didn’t pay in 2016 as I was retrenched. They not only **** to me but ******* me into taking a loan to pay off a loan. I received no information with regards to this and the Call Centre lady was very shocked that no one let me know as I received NO documents with regards to this. I have reported them to the NCR .
