****med by bridge loans

I appled for loan in February 24 tgey said i will recieve money after 1st debit so i agreed for the next month the lady who was helping me can to me with her private car registration HV 99 BC GP to sign me up she had a bank card mechine it was a white lady so i agreed for the debit to start 25 march so they debited on the 25 R620 which was not the amount we agreed on plus hence we only agreed on R596.64 plus debited R165.50 for funeral cover of which inwas not informed about and i didn't agree on. So i called bridge loans to querie about the debit they said the loan will be in 7 days and the said they dont know about the funeral cover plan it the lady from the agency that ****** me about the funeral cover and gave me a number to contact which was not going thru and up until today i didn't get the loan money which i applyed for it has been 15 days now i can gey hold of them...
