****!!! **********!! BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!

I was called by a lady by the name of Tessa indicating that she can offer me a loan for R14300.00. She also said she received my details from SA Loans and that I was looking for a loan. Which I was. However I found out yesterday after I called the call centre on *** (Which I had to search for the number and came out by Intecon and a friendly man assisted me) that it was actually for collection of debt. She called me under false intentions and there was no loan. I can also confirm that I do not and did not have a loan with SA Loans in the past at any given stage. I did apply to SA loans recently enquiring for a loan but nothing before that. This is pathetic and *********.

Besides not having the correct information on her side and giving me false information they had my name wrong. I haven't used my ****en name in 20yrs. I told her all this before she started the recording of the conversation. I even asked her 'Are you sure I qualify for the loan?' I also asked how long it would take for the loan to be processed and paid out? She said a day. her name is Tessa and she called me from this number = ***. I am going to report this to the Ombudsman and put it all over the Web and report your company for *****. As a matter of fact I have cc the Ombudsman in on the email.

It makes me wonder how many people have been caught out with this ****???????

And how many people have lost thousands of rands.

I have called that number *** several times and she has not answered or called me back. I have also sent messages which I have kept for record purposes. I want this resolved Immediately or I will be forced to take legal action against this Tessa woman and your company.
