I think it's a ****. On 27 th April 2020 they call me and inform I was approved for a personal loan. On the 30th April 2020 they called me and asked me to approve a Debit check so that they can pay the loan out in 2 hours. On the 1st August 2020 they debit my account with R647.57. I phone on the 3rd August and asked what's happening. I was told that the loan will be in my account between 3 to 5 days. Up till today 16th August 2020 I have received no loan from Justbrigde. When ever you phone it's a different story. I have send them a email OP toll date no response from there site. How can a company like JB get away with ****s like this. I want my money back. And I am going report you to NCR. I never signed any documents. Never summited them with a copy of ID, copy of payslip, bank statements or proof af address.
