Refund

They debited my account, now refusing to do the transfer. No answer when phoning and hours of waiting. The refund was suppose to happen on Friday now all of a sudden they had problems doing transfers. And i have to wait again. They don't even phone the customers to inform them and hang up if you ask to speak to management.
