Pulling Teeth

Good day all I'm falling to understand why these issues cannot be resolved. An instruction is given to one of your agents and now one contacts me. Is the email request just a farce to show that its being addressed or is it that your staff is not able to follow a reasonable instruction? The only response I get from Chantelle is that Kabelo must call me to explain. Explain what exactly? I can only assume that you and Lyn and senior and I would have expected a better outcome but I'm highly disappointed by both you and Lyn's performance. In the end Kabelo is just a phone jockety and may not have the capacity to assist or perhaps is afraid. The lack of communication results in me questioning your company morals and values . As a single father of three its real heartbreaking that you guys will ***** from a struggling father and have zero conscience about it
