poor services

i app**** a loan at bridge loan and I was informed that I was approved. I signed the contract and was told to wait for 48hrs for payment, that was on Tuesday, and today it is Friday still no amount deposited into my account. I am truly disappointed, I app**** for the loan because it was an emergency
