Poor service and unprofessional

As I wrote my complain on the 07:04:2021 about the account I settle on the 27:11:2020 still reflection negative on my name with the outstanding balance and the consultant who was dealing with my account not helping me instead ignoring my mails, on the 08:04:2021 I received a call as well as a mail from Busisiwe majubane she promised to sort it out for me within 21 days so still waiting , will write my next review after 21 days
