Poor Service and Inaccurate Credit Reporting

I settled my loan with Just Bridge Loan in February 2024, but unfortunately, my experience with them didn't end there. In November 2024, they incorrectly listed me on the ITC (Credit Bureau), which has caused me significant stress and inconvenience.

Despite numerous requests since January 2025 to remove or update their ITC listing, nothing has been done. I logged a formal dispute on 11 February 2025, but to date, there has been no change to my credit report. It still incorrectly shows that I am not paying them.

I'm extremely disappointed in the lack of attention to this matter and the impact it's having on my credit score. I hope that others can learn from my experience and beware of the potential consequences of doing business with Just Bridge Loan.

UPDATE: I hope the company will take immediate action to correct this error and provide a better experience for their customers
