Poor service and ********** tranasctions

<p>I am extremely angry with Bridge loans, i spoke to an unproffessional consultant who happen to disrepect me and she was very rude as well and lacking product knowledge. I committed myself and made a payment of R981.00 and we had an agreement that i will pay R981.00 monthly by debit order only find out this morning the 21/06/2017 R1981.00 have been debited from my acc just after making a transfer day before and did send them a proof of payment and nothing is done about it. WHAT A **** SERVICE! TAKING THIS MATTER FAR</p> <p>.</p>
