Pathetic service

This Co sent me an sms to say I qualify for a loan and I responded they called me and sent their agent to take my details they said I qualify for R10k of which I will get cash back of R2000 and will be paying R688 for 24months and I payed the 1st installment of R688 on the 28th of November and said money will be paid after 48hrs and R168 deducted on same day but no money paid to date on the 12th of December 2019 another R168 deducted without my knowledge still no cash back paid to me I called on Wednesday at 08:25 am and spoke to Kabelo who promised me that the money will be paid on Friday 13th as they are processing cash back but she **** I still did not get any cash back their service is *** pathetic they are quick to deduct money but can't pay their cash back I want to cancel everything now as it's been 3 weeks waiting for damn cash back sies their service it's poor and **** I won't recommend anyone to their services they are just ****.
