Paid up letter pending!!!!!

Long story short, I settled my debt via this company and I've been begging for my settlement letter since last year, the consultants aren't rude to me and I can always reach them, but they making me a fool because they always promise that Home Choice will send the letter the following day to no avail. I need my name cleared up because I played my part. Can I please not be treated like an idiot.
