Paid up letter

I had a micro loan with SA multi loan over 5 years ago, cant remember the exact date. Failed to pay it off and was handed over to Flemix and Associates (then called coombe and associates) i got garnish order to pay the account through my employer and I obliged and paid it off at one go. But Flemix kept coming back for more money saying that i ahe not paid, Ever since I have been trying to get this sorted till this day.
