To whom it may concern

My name is Angus Cupido and last week on the 1st December 2020 I received a call for an application for a loan.

The consultant said explained that I qualify for a loan of R7000 and a bit and the installments will be R634.00 per month.

She said that she will call me back. On the 2nd call she explained to me what I will get and that she will call me back again for the 3rd time and I must just agree with the terms and conditions and the amounts and gave me the answers to the questions that she will asked.

I must also keep the call short referring now to the 3rd call because the recording can only be 3 min.

She send a Capitec approval debit to my number.

I was also suspicious as to why she used my cell number for my work number.

She said that the loan will be paid out in the next 3 – 5 days.

When I called the customer care they said that it was not a loan that she signed me up with but a some sort of cash back option where I get the money at the end of the term.

I spoke to Mary Ann in the week and she suggested that I email customer care instead

Can you please cancel this plan and any other plan that she activated me with.
