Long delay with loan payout

<p>I recently app**** for an emergency loan which was only approved after unecessarily been asked to verify my tax deductions on a loan of R3500,00 - really now? The approval was eventually granted on 18/11/2016. Needless to say the loan assistance was requested for emergency reasons only to be informed that there is a backlog and that payout can only be expected after 15 working days. This is totally unacceptable!!! As far as I know no other loan company takes this long to process a payout. Why else would one apply for a loan if the funds are only available after such a long period? The worst part is that the Customer Services gave no indication that every effort is belong made to bring the backlog up to date, just that it is in the pipeline, and I should wait my turn.</p>
