Loan ****

November I was offered a loan and I was led to believe the loan will be through that day or later that week, few weeks into November no loan, because I was under the impression that I will have the loan that time period I agreed to a debit order starting end November, but because there was no loan I called the call centre and after several attempts I eventually got hold of the consultant who helped me she explained the hold up is on their finance team side, because I didn't receive the loan I cancelled the debit order and requested that it starts end January because the loan should be in by then right. So end November debit from this place I called and called and called and eventually received a number of a manager who couldn't help me but gave me a list of emails and numbers, so I sent mails and called and no luck end December another deduction, and still no feedback of any kind
