Loan approval and Cancellation

I app**** for a loan with Bridge Loans Randburg last week Tuesday (5/05/2015) and was approved the following day. I called them on the 8th of May and was informed there was a delay on their systems and that they would pay it out that day, obviously nothing happened. I then wasted my petrol going to the branch on Saturday the 9th of May, only to be told that the payment was put on a queue to be paid out. I then informed the manager that I want to cancel my loan, she informed to return the funds when I receive them and they would cancel the loan without any interest charged. Every time I call to query this, I get promised a call back which never comes then I have to end up calling them back. To this day, I'm still waiting to the payout so I can cancel the application. I app**** for a loan during my time of need, I don't need their assistance anymore. I WANT THEM TO CANCEL MY APPLICATION.
