From: Soraya Thathiah Sent: 01 August 2019 02:26 PM To: '***' Cc: 'Soraya Thathiah' Subject: ACCOUNTS THAT HAVE BEEN PRESCRIBED / sa multi loan now changed to bridge loan
Hi
Please assist and advise what my rights are as a consumer.
I took out a loan with SA Multi loan in 2008 subsequently I became unemployed and was unable to pay .
In 2019 I receive a call from an agent call from Bridge loan stating that I have been offered a loan of R10100. She requests to do a credit score. My understanding of a credit score is that you be automatically declined or accepted based on your credit profile .
She then tells me that I have an amount outstanding with SA Multi loan to the amount of R11000 and they will send out an agent in two days time to fill forms at my work place .
She gets my workplace details, ask me for the name of my bank the day I get paid and an amount of R500 plus rand is gonna be paid. I then investigated and realized that this company is not following procedure and are lying to client’s who have existing accounts.
Bridge loans Lynwood pretoria date 01/08/2019 Lane wood Pretoria Contact no *** Tumi
I am unhappy as they are lying to their clients.
Regards
