Utter Disgust. Anger and total hate. Never dealt with this company before. Now forcefully (most definitely not out of free will) need to speak to them. Did not take any loans or do any business whatsoever up with this company. How is this possible to use my personal details for own gain? According to your Customer care (I think the care bears tv show, has more respect for another person than this employees) they were unable to assist when I queried about this. I explained this problem, in order to get information regarding the MISUSE, UNAUTHORISED utilization of my details. As this is on my name, and some arrogant uncompetent person STOLE MY DETAILS, I need to know what is going on, need copies of this toxic documents and obviously the details in regards where this situation was paid out to etc etc. As per phonecall I was talked down to.. Not giving a chance to speak. Being arrogantly talk down to. I lost my cool completely!

I am going to report this to the NCR, and also lay the necessary complaints. Clearly this company does not care and obviously ignore the new POPI/POPAIA Acts.

How is it possible to hand me over to ARA (Which phonelines just keeps on ringing)????
