Just Bridge ruining my credit after payment them in full

I contacted you in January to arrange to pay off my HomeChoice debt with you. My last payment was in May. Still, you have not updated my payments to reflect on my credit report. It shows six missed payments and that I still owe you more money. You are ruining my chances of getting credit in the future. Made contact after my last payment asking for a paid-up letter, also no response. Very bad service.
