Just bridge loans

I had a phone call from Bonita telling me i qualify for the loan of 12500 they gonna clear mi other account which was 10000 they told me that they will put the outstanding change to mi bank account I gave them mi details they told me they gonna send sm1 to come with the documents for me to sign they took 685.90 for 3months on mi bank account since tdy so it was a **** I had to change mi bank account but the problem their loan its on mi name I want that to be cleared and they must refund mi money of 3months its really bad what they hv done to me my name is thandiwe rigala mi no is *** when I call they don't answer the phone
