Just bridge likes taking chances with people

My name is Malefu last year around March and April therr was a lady called Dimakatso who used to call me offering me a loan from just bridge and i refused and reported her here on hello peter and they said they will call me back.Now when i check my credit report there is just bridge company new on my report and they say i owe them from july can this be solved.
