JUST BRIDGE FINANCING AND FNB

We were contacted by a "LOAN CONSULTANT" informibg me that I have qualified for a loan amount of R6900. After all my questions, and the Consultant's *smooth* answers I told her that I would be interested as our car's computer box was faulty!! I repeatedly asked her if this loan amount are being paid in full into my account and if they are taking a fee!! The Consultant 'NICOLE' repeatedly answered me and stated that this amount of R6900 will be paid into my account within 3-5 working days!!! I accepted the terms and WHILE BEING ON THE PHONE WITH HER, SHE ASKED ME TO GO INTO MY BANKING APP AND CONSENT TO THE DEBIT ORDER MANDATE!!!! Seeing that everything seemed legit, I did that! 5 Days later, the loan amount was not in my account! I phoned this CONSULTANT, NICOLE, again, and she informed me that the money would be in our account shortly, and that they received an email from their HEAD OFFICE, to inform them that due to the many applications they received, a back log uit the pay-outs occurred! I then asked for their Head Office number! I dialed the number, and I was being held on the line for +- 10 minutes and then I got cut off!!! I then contacted my bank, FNB AND REQUESTED THAT THEY STOP THIS DEBIT ORDER IMMEDIATELY! FNB told me that they can't do it, and that the debit order must first go through before they can reverse it!!! I CONTACTED ALL THE NUMBERS THAT PREVIOUSLY WERE ANSWERED, AND ALL OF A SUDDEN NO MIRE REPLIES! THIS MORNING, 25 SEPTEMBER, I noticed that a Debit order went of and it is these ******, **** COMPANY, WHO ***** FROM THE OLD AND POIR PEOPLE, whose Debit Order went off. In the first place, I GAVE THE DATE OF THE 5TH OF EVERY MONTH, BUT ONCE AGAIN, IT SEEMS THAT FNB ACTS FOR THE ********** COMPANIES, NOT FOR THEIR CLIENTS as they approved the Debit Order to go through on the 25th, 10 DAYS BEFORE THE ACTUAL DATE OF THE DEBIT ORDER!! AGAIN, FNB HAS AN EXUSE WHY THEY CAN'T REVERSE /STOP THIS DEBIT ORDER AND JUST BRIDGE, THE *****ELENT COMPANY collects their ****** MONEY!!! I'M A SASSA DISABILITY PENSIONER WHO HAS KIDNEY CANCER, AND THAT R203.09 PAID FOR MY MEDICATION EVERY MONTH!!! I have WITHDRAWN ALL MY MONEY OUT OF MY FNB ACCOUNT. FNB CAN PROCEED TO SUPPORT THIS ********** COMPANY AND JUST BRIDGE CAN GO TO HELL!! THEY WILL NOT R***** ANOTHER CENT FROM ME!!!
