Just bridge error is affecting my credit profile

Just bridge is debiting a 496.56 in my account since our 1st agreement , I checked my credit profile and it says that I am a month in arrears with Just Bridge and that cannot be possible, I have emailed their customer service as this is affecting my credit profile and to date no response from their side
