Just Bridge (Bad service)

After taking a loan from Just Bridge I got a discount on the loan I took out a paid the outstanding debt and now after more then a year I have my paid up letter and the workers at just bridge said they will update my credit score but I am still waiting every time I call they just make promises and don't update my name this is very bad service and I am very disappointed
