i was call by some1 telling me i qualify for a loan and told me il be getting 4600. he didnt explain to me it was a consolidation loan and how it worked. a lady called me to take my banking details and to set up a mandate this was during the lockdown (April) but up till now i have not recieved any funds in my account. i have made dozens of call all of which different ppl are telling me different things. The last person i spoke to on Tuesday (07/07/2020) was meant to call me back, still nothing. Today i called still nothing on the (09/07/2020). all i want is my money back and the loan to be removed on name. because this is all a **** and *********. if i dnt recieve my money back by end of business tomorrow(10/07/2020) i am sending a formal complaint to the FSCA as well as the NCR. you guys are taking advantage of vanurable ppl.
