Incorrect Placement if debt on my profile

This company is curently impacting my credit score in a very bad way and I had written a review and no response was made to me telephonicallu and they sent an email and when I asked them to share proof of these debts or contracts that I entered into with them it's been silent and I tried to escalate Consimer Crsdit with no luck as of yet they referred me to a 3rd party I need an urgent response from this company
