incorrect loan amount

i have been ****med by just bridge ,they say they paid for my old loan which i paid myself and did not agree to that they gave me R1800 loan and claim to have given me over 6000 ,i tried many times to comunicate and resolve this issue with them but till today they are not helping me

i m tired and needs this resolved
