Horrible service from Bridge loans legal consultant- Chanique Venter

In 2012 I had a loan account with bridge loans, I defaulted on the account and the account was prescribed in 2015. I was then harrassed by U-collect which is a subsidary of Bridge loans to sign a restructure of debt. At the time I was not aware of my rights to refuse to sign this as they did not contact me in almost 5 years andf then all of a sudden show up. I have escalated this to Bridge loans Legal department and have dealt with an extremely rude and arrogant lady by the name of Chanique Venter who refuses to give me feedback regarding my query and is extremely unhelpful and her tone of dealing with clients. I have called and requested for anyone in management to call me regarding my query but no one gets back to me.
