harassment on prescribed debt

This company is break the Prescription Ac of not collecting and taking legal action for prescribed debts,their agent called me and try to act as if she is calling from SARS ( ********** 754) trying to solicit information from me and threatening me with garnishee order. The National Credit Act was amended by what is referred to by the industry as section 126B - to state that no person could sell, collect or reactivate a debt which had been "extinguished" by the Prescription Act, i have reported the said company to NCR .
