Frustated

I am sick and tired of their phone calls every day and not just once a day. I told them from their first call to me that I am not interested and unemployed but they still call me. I blocked them on my one phone but somehow they have my old number and that phone can't block numbers. What do they not understand with not interested and unemployed.
