********** sale from bridge loan

A sales lady from bridge loan gave me a call offering me a loan in July end of the month, I was told that I will pay R294pm, but after the 1st installment I will get R11000. After 5 days they deducted I call them to find out when I will get my loan, after a week trying to get hold of them with no success I final get through. The lady who checked with my ID number told it's not a loan it's a cash back after 47 months I told her to cancel she asked me to send email which I did, several times calling them to reverse my Money & cancel they still deducting my account it's 3rd month now. I asked my lawyers to follow up because I'm not getting help they gave my lawyers recording which is cut, they email bridge to ask for full recording still not managing to get this recording in full, a week later a lady I think she is supervisor called my trying to apologies on behalf of the sales lady I told them just cancel and give my refund that's all im asking I don't want cash back still unable to get my money I'm furious and I won't change my bank account because of them.
