On July 1st 2020, I received a call from Bonita who made me a loan offer for R14 400 and some change. I specifically asked if this loan would be paid out to me DIRECTLY and she said yes, the money will be paid out to my bank account in 5 days. I then decided to do my research on this company after you guys sent me a credit agreement for R12500 and not the R14400 I was offered, and also my debit order date was set for the 22nd however I told her I get paid on the 28th. I then learned from sites such as hellopeter that you guys do not do as you promise on your first call. I then called Bonita back and again asked if this money would be paid out INTO MY BANK ACCOUNT and she said yes. After days of not receiving any loan , I decided to call your head office and spoke to Mary Ann who told me something completely different. I have no use for a consolidation loan, and even if I did, it should not have been offered to me under false pretenses. This loan was sold to me under false pretenses and lies. I was made to believe that the loan amount would be paid out to my bank account and now I was told something different. I asked for the agreement to be cancelled because it was sold to me **********ly and they told me to send an email. I sent several emails and eventually on July 17th Mary Anne responded and said someone will call me back regarding my query and i should be patient. On August 28th 2020 My account was debited for an amount of R468. This company had no decency to call us back when we have queries yet they have the gore to debit our accounts. Im not the only person with a similar complaint, all they will say is they apologize for the bad review and someone will call you back. I've been truing to reach them since the 287th and their line is so busy that i end up hanging up. That's my time and money that they will not refund or compensate me for. i want this ********** agreement cancelled and my money back in my account ASAP. I want an answer as to why no on ever called me back yet they had the guts to go into my account and take my hard earned money. I am going to write about this company everywhere and warm other innocent people not to fall for this ****. SHAME ON EVERY ONE OF YOU ********** LIVING OFF PEOPLES HARD EARNED MONIES AND TAKING ADVANTAGE OF THEIR DESPERATION FOR FINANCIAL RELIEF. YOU ARE DISGUSTING.
