********** against my account

Good day my name is Matodzi Tshilambavhunwa I'm very disappointed that this company called Just Bridge just did ***** against my ACC the have activated Debi check against my account which went of on the 27)05/2022 the amount of R465.85 which I don't have any existing account with them I never gave them mandate to process my ACC the are ****s I'm just making the client to be aware I have been speaking with different consultant Grace, Vivian and the last person told me that they have decided to activate the Debi check against my account with me giving them go ahead and agreement how possible it's that??? All I want is my money to be reversed back to my account and I want the reason in which ground they have to deduct money from acc without my approval or permission I Don't have any active account or existing account with this company called Just Bridge
