I just received a call from Just bridge and the lady offered me a R9000 loan there after it changed to a R6000 loan on condition that I settle a loan from 2012 and this was after verifying all details besides my banking details she advised that the is a loan from SA multi loans that was opened in 2012 that needs to be settled from this loan. When I advised her that this debt has prescribed and no one has made any contact with me in the last 7 years. She continued to argue with me and and extremely rude, she refused to give me her details the same with her manager did not want to give his details and dropped the call on me twice when requesting the call recording so that I can take matters further. This people are alot of ******** and are doing things *******ly. And has the nerve to threaten me with the court. They have no telephone etiquette, and are damn rude!!!!!!!!I want someone from this damn company to contact me before I go to the ombudsman and they have till the end of this week to sort themselves out before I take further steps.
