Tessa from your PE office called me (11 days ago) to say I qualify for a loan of nearly R11000 and took all my details and said and confirmed the money would be in my account last Tuesday. I did the debit mandate as she requested. Tuesday come no money and she started with her stories about the mandate hanging. I contacted my bank and they said that it was nonsense. The debit mandate went through. Then she kept coming up with excuses. She had to rush to the doctor. The main manager would look into it. I can speak to her supervisor named Rene... all nonsense. Now 11 days later they are not taking my calls and not responding to messages.

I am going to the SAPS this afternoon at 5pm. I have all the recordings from my phone call recording app as well as all the message communications between myself, Tessa and Rene.
