***** and Bad Customer Service
I app**** for a loan online and I got a call from Bridge loans agent. I was told I qualify for a R8000 loan. R6000 will settle my loans and R2000 will be transferred into my bank account. When I asked which accounts that will be settled I was told an agent will come with the documents. An agent did come to me with a tablet and to my surprize the so called account that was suppose to be settled I do not know it. I was told it was opened in 2009 , they will send a contract which was never sent and no one has contacted me up until I app**** for a loan online. I told the agent I am no longer interested in this and it should be cancelled. The agent told me to call the call centre and cancell and was told to send an email explaining the cancellation. On my salary date my account was debited. I called them again asking them to refund my account but were calls were dropped and I also sent a couple of emails and there was no responds. Two days later the R2000 was transferred into my account. I called them again asking for their banking details so that I can transfer their money back with the difference from the debit. Emails were sent no responds still. I later got a notification that my credit score has dropped with 36 points. And when I check Bridge loans has updated that I owe them R14000. I sent them emails regarding this and I responds came from their customer service to say that I should make a payment and send the proof of payment. I am now debited twice. The payment has been done and proof of payment has been sent but no one has bordered to fix this damage they have done to my credit sscore I have sent a lot of emails already. I have reported the matter to the NCR and the Credit Bureau. Bridge loans are ****** they rob unsuspecting people. People need to be careful of such ****s. They don't even care they are liers and they are ******.
