Fed up with bridge loans

Ok so this company still own me my cash back been phoning to find out but still nothing. I have a bad credit rating and they the only company that was.willing.to help me with 5100 rand where the paid off my previous loan and said after a full success full debt order in 48 hours they will give me cash back it was January 28 2020 my debt order was done today it's the 14 th of.February 2020 nothing yet I am fed up with this now.
