False marketing

Wow this company have spent my money hoping that i will get R10800 they promised me, they sent their agent who pretended as if he does not have any info regarding my loan but went on to swipe my card for amount more then was initially promised, i called thier very rude agents only to tell me i will only get a loan after they have deducted my account question is what am i paying for? I do not need this loan anymore thank you cannot do business with company like this
