****ed off by Just Bridge

i am very disappointed with this company, they called me and offered me a loan. they took my details and everything. I did not submit the required documents to proceed with the loan because I was sorted by a family member so did not need a loan. to my surprise they debited my account with the amount of R322.45 last month on the 25th, which was the amount instalment I would have paid monthly had I taken the loan with them. There was no loan paid to me by them but they still debited my account. I have called them to reverse my money and sent emails, numerous emails to them but nothing has happened. they keep moving me from pillar to post. I am so damn frustrated by this company and wish everyone could stay away from them. they are here to rip people off their hard earned cash and abusing clients.
