Doing as they please in my account
I agreed to pay my instalment on the 15th of every month now you do as you please in my account and deduct on the 8th when I receive money meant for something else. Pls refund back my money because it's for something else, I don't want stories and don't refer me to your customer care email address or land line because they never assist anyway, otherwise I will change my bank and you can kiss your debichecks goodbye.

12 Aug 2020, 16:21I'm yet to receive a call from your consultants, 30 hours after I have sent an email to your customer care, called and Dorah responded asking for my ID and cell number.Please don't make me stupid with your automated response because all I want is my money which you stole from my account.I will say you stole it because I never authorised u to do as u please in my account and deduct every time money comes through.I want my money back pls or else I will change my ACC number.Stop being a greedy company with no ethics, it's really disguisting!
