Disgusted

I am so furious to think a company can be so misleading. I recieved a call from Bonita advising me I'm preapproved for a loan. We continue with the application as per normal I sent my documents and then call Bonita two days later as i didnt hear anything.This is after I read on a message that the money only gets pd after a installment is deducted which was not explained to me so very confused I call Bonita she eventually answers her phone after about 10 calls she then promise me it doesn't work like that the money will be paid out and then the payments will be collected after and she will call be later the same day( still waiting) . After not receiving her call I call again the next day Bonita is in a meeting (no surprise there as she just hung up on me 1 second ago) I then call the head office to cancell the loan where I am then told the installment will be deducted on the 15th which I did not agree to to stray off with and I didnt even get the money yet .They then advise me installment first need to be paid and some unknown company and the rest of the funds will then be transferred to me after that.I would like a representative of your company to make contact with me to cancell my loan application cause what happened here is ********* and laying to customers to get them to take loans is just wrong in so many levels
